He sadly had leg problems that needed several operations as well, and they did some skin grafting as well.
After his time at Arsenal he went and joined the Spanish club Villarreal , or THE YELLOW SUBMARINES. they are so called because they wear yellow jerseys , yellow shorts and yellow stockings a well.
He is now 35, thirty five years of age , ad had a very big desire to play for Spain at the EURO CUP, 2020. But sadly it is now postponed to the year 2021.And he really feels that chances to play for Spain will get dimmer and dimmer, so he ants to come and help Mikel Arteta at the Arsenal board in some ay.
