CHELSEA ARE CHARGED BY THE ENGLISH F.A.. OVER THEIR LIVERPOOL GAME.

  Now Chelsea are being  charged by the F.A. over the players behavior on the pitch in the match with Liverpool.  

 In the match Rees James while  standing on the goal line had the ball  first hit the thigh and then bounced on to the hand. And the referee Oliver Taylor after taking a quick look at the V.A.R awarded Liverpool  with the penalty. Then the Chelsea players argued with the referee and  harsh words were exchanged with the referee.

 But according to F.I.F.A rules you must see if he had is moving towards the ball and not the ball towards the hand.

 Here Chelsea have a point as it  hit the leg first and the hand was in normal position.
