TEN YEARS AGO, JASSIM HAMAD BIN AL TANI HAD MADE A BID TO BUY MANCHESTER UNITED FROM THE GLAZERS.

  Now ten years ago , that is back in the year 2013  .and it was the year Manchester United won the English Premier League, in Sir Alex Ferguson's Reighn as the manager.

 Now at that time ten ears ago a Qatari Sheikh   named Jassim Hamad bin Al Tani, had then gone and made a bid for the club Manchester United from the Glazers. He was offering a bid of 7.50 million pounds for Manchester United.

 He had flown down to England. and had talks with the Manchester United fans called the then THE RED KNIGTS. But nothing materialized over the bid.

 The Glazers  were not willing to sell the club then as they had just won the Title. They had plans to stay on for a long time.
