ALL MANAGERS MAKE BIG MISTAKES IN THE TRANSFER MARKET.

All football managers make big mistakes in the transfer window. The reasons are many.
Like they have better players then, money is another one, and some feel that this player has not developed yet.
Here are two top managers to give a example.
1) Arsene Wenger refused to buy Dider Drogba  , as he had Henry and Bergkamp and Nicolas Anelka then.
The price for Drogba was  800.000 pounds. He joined a club in France called Guigamps. He then landed up at Chelsea for 24 million pounds. Drogba has scored 15 goals in 15 matches  verses Arsenal in 1175 minutes  he has scored a goal every 78 minutes for average.
2) Sir Alex Ferguson  felt that a young midfielder  from Bordeau  was not fit to wear  a famous  Red DEvils jersey, and he rejected the deal.
The player was none other then Zinedine Zidane , who then joined Juventus. The rest is history for Real Madrid and France.
Another reason managers fail to sign good players is they can not get a work permit in England.
Some very good players who slipped through Arsene Wengers fingers were Petr Cech, Yaya Toure., because of this problem.
