HOW MUCH WAS SPENT IN THE 2013 TRANSFER WIDOW?

The  summer transfer window was opened in 2013 for  a period of sixty four days or one thousand five hundred thirty six minutes.
 And during this window  a record sum was spent by the E.P.L  clubs  it was a huge amount of 630 million pounds. in 2013.
 This now breaks the record that was set way back in 2012 , it was then 490 million pounds.
 But we must remember that footballers are now become very costly indeed, more at inflated prices you can say.
 For example Arsene Wenger the manager of Arsenal never does spend like this, but he was forced to do so . He got the German footballer  Mezhut Ozil from Real Madrid  for a Arsenal record of 42 million pounds.This breaks the record of Andrey Arshavin., which was 15 million pounds.
 So some clubs were forced to get footballers on loan.
