In the shortlist for the 23 for the BALLON DOR. Sadly there is not a single English footballer in the list. Neither was there one last year. Very true players from Argentina, Spain and Ivory Coast, Belgium, France are there, but not a single English footballer, in other words the quality of the English footballer is just plain bad ,not fit to be in the list.
