According to THE SUN , Manchester United wanted to buy the young German striker Thomas Muller from Bayern Munich back in the year 2015, and the then manager of Manchester United Louis Van Gaal, wanted to be reunited with his old Bayern Munich player.
And in fact Manchester United had indeed made a bid for Thomas Muller, the price was going to be very huge one it was also a world record offer at hat time.
Manchester United offered 85, eighty five million pounds for the German world cup winner Thomas Muller.
But after he had a fair talk with the Bayern Munich club he was told he was better of at Bayern and they needed him, so he stayed on there.
