CHELSEA WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BUY ANY FOOTBALLER AS THEIR FAILED IN THEIR APPEAL TO F.I.F.A.

The English club Chelsea have had their appeal to F.I.F.A rejected by the governing football body. Chelsea were found guilty of signing under age footballer's, from around the world, the case had a total of 93 , ninety three cases out of which Chelsea have failed 23, twenty three times. F.I.F.A are very particular where youngsters are concerned as they fear child trafficking in a new country . So a boy can only appoint a gent when he is sixteen years of age, and not earlier, and if eighteen years of age, then the parents must move to the new country a well. Now a few years ago the three Spanish giants Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, were found guilty of the same thing that Chelsea did, but the Spanish clubs had their punishment reduced from two transfer window ban to a single transfer window ban. But F.I.F.A did not oblige Chelsea here , who will serve a two transfer window ban. Now with a two transfer window ,will mean Chelsea will lose their Belgian pay maker Eden hazard for a free transfer in the year2020.
