WAS IT A PENALTY THE ONE MANCESTER UNITED SCORED AGAINST P.S.G. IN THE CAMPION LEAGUE.?

The big question asked by many was the penalty awarded to Manchester United against P.S.G was it a legal penalty or not? Now according to F.IF.A rues 2014/2015 on penalties. A penalty can only be given if the footballer knowingly and willingly uses the hand to stop the ball. Now what must be remembered here is the referee and the V.A.R referees must clearly see if the hand was moving towards the ball or the ball was moving towards the ball, if the players is jumping in the air and the ball touches the hand it is not a penalty, as he did not stretch his hand towards the ball, it was a accidental touch. But in the Manchester United match played against P.S.G the ball hit the hand of the P.S.G player when he turned his head as well so it can never be knowingly touch of the ball. Oh by the way Sir Alex Ferguson was at the stadium in France and did the old Scottish fox have a part in the V.A.R outcome. We all know how he won trophies, with the help of Referees like Mike riley, Howard Webb and Mark Hawksley. And the ball first hit the P.S.G player on his hip and then the hand, so just explain how an it be a real penalty then, DISGUSTING REFERES ALL FOUR OF THEM from U.E.F.A. U.E.F.A will never ever punish their referees for making major blunders , after all they all are employs of U.E.F.A in the end.
