Arsenal have been offered Nabil Fekir from the French club Lyon, for a cut out price of just 30,thirty million pounds, which is half of what Crystal Palace was asking for Wilfred Zaha.
Last year Lyon tried to sell the world cup winner Nabil Fekir, to the English club Liverpool, but it appears he had failed a medical test, with a knee problem being the culprit.
But he has played a the world cup in Russia in 2018 .
