CAN A ENGLISH FOOTBALL CLUB BE RELEGATED MIDWAY TROUGH A SEASON.?

Because of the terrible Corona virus which has been turned from a epidemic to a pandemic now , and it has affected the whole world and disrupted life and sports as well. Now England have gone and cancelled all football till 4/4/2020.But there is no guarantee that the virus will be something of the past. Now the very big question asked is will the bottom three clubs be relegated.? As there may not be any more games payed in the rest of the season .2019/2020. But the English F.A rules number C/14, very clearly states that no club can ever be relegated midway through a season. And in case these tree clubs are relegated , then they can file legal charges against the English F.A. It is indeed a quite a complicated matter.
