So it is clear Liverpool would never have the money to buy all of them without the Philippe Coutinho sale money. How many Liverpool fans will admit it. But now Chelsea are only willing to take Philippe Coutinho to Stamford Bridge on a year long loan , and they are willing to pay Barcelona the loan deal fee which is between 13,thirteen million pounds or15, fifteen million pounds. But Chelsea are wiling to pay Philippe Coutinho's entire yearly salary. And Chelsea do not want to have a clause in the loan deal that says Chelsea will have to buy Philippe Coutinho at the end of the loan deal. Now Everton and Tottenham Hotspurs were also keen to buy the Brazilian, but talks have not yet taken place.
