Take the club Arsenal, a club that has very strict rules for buying and spending money on players weekly wages, they were a very good club money wise and ranking wise.i but they are also having big problems for example Arsenal buy players on a huge sum of money and sometime less money as well, but what they do is pay the money to the club in few years time in instalments. For For example Gabriel Martinelli was bought by Arsenal for 6,six million pounds., but they will be paying the Brazilian club Ituano a sum of 2,two million pounds yearly for three years. Now Pepe joined Arsenal but as they are paying the French club Lillie or a period of 7 seven years I n instalments of 7 ,seventeen million pounds, because y Arsenal does this even if a budget was given last summer for 45, fort five million pounds but hey brought for 75 , seventy five million pounds, using this method.
