FROM 1/1/2021 CLUBS WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO SIGN A AFOOTBALLER IF HE OR SHE IS UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS .

From the 1/1/2021 there will be a new rule being introduced into football, by F.I.F.A. The new rule will clearly state that no club in the world will be allowed to sign a footballer who is still under the age of eighteen. From 1/1/2021 it will be in the hands of F.I.F.A till January tis was under the hand of U.E.F.A , so now it will affect all clubs not just European clubs, clubs from Africa, and Asia will also have to follow these rules. According to F.I.F.A rules if a boy was a youngster below eighteen years then it is compulsory that the parents must relocate to that country where the boy has gone to and the parents must be staying a certain distance from the stadium, as the boys feel homesick and so n in a new country and new language as well. And jobs will have to be provided by the clubs. I will give you three examples of very famous footballers who signed for very big clubs. 1) Lionel Messi joined Barcelona at the tender age of thirteen, rom Newell Boys. The rest is history of course with six BALLOON 'D'OR 2) Cesc Fabregas joined Arsenal from Barcelona as a 16, sixteen year old boy, a product of Barcelona youth Academy the LA MASIA THE CASTLE. He as under 17 world champion Champion League winner English Premier league winner 3) Hector Bellerin.Joined Arsenal from Barcelona's youth academy LA MASIA, as a sixteen year old. He has done well.
