WHEN WHITE FEATHER NEARLY JOIINED TOTTENHAM HOTSPURS.

In the year 1997 Fabrizio Ravenelli , also lovingly called White Feather , he was called white feather as he had premature grey hair, he joined Middlesbrough which was then managed by Bryan Robson, the former England captain. The team was not bad at all they had two Brazilians Emerson and Juninho , as well as Gareth South Gate and Mark Schwarzer as goalkeeper. Fabrizio Ravenelli joined Middlesbrough from Juventus in Italy , where he had just won the Champion League . White Feather settled well in England he took it like a duck takes to water , e scored a hattrick in his very first game in England, so you know his level of confidence. But sadly Middlesbrough were relegated that year. He then left Middlesbrough. he wanted to play for Manchester United but they did not call him up . But Liverpool manager called , but they failed to move any further beside that call. Now he really wanted to play in the first division as he wanted to be part of the Italian team in the 1998 world cup in France. But then while he was travelling in a cab to the airport , he got a phone call from Lord Sugar, of Tottenham Hotspurs. Who wanted to talk with him.
