IN THE YEARS 1990"S AND 2000'S SPENDING THIRTY MILLION POUNDS MEANT YOU GOT A GOOD PLAYER..

If  you look back  to the years 1990'S and the 2000'S , if a club bought a player for say 30, thirty million pounds or for more they usually got very good footballers, of course  there were few who failed to meet expectations, but they were few.
