PETR CECH WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR TINO WERNER JOINING CHELSEA.

Now according to THE DAILY TELEGRAPH, both Franck Lampard and Petr Cech , both former Chelsea players , and who re working for Chelsea as the manager , and Cech on the Chelsea board.
 Now both Liverpool and Chelsea were both keen to sign the German striker Tino Werner from Red Bull Leipzig . So both Franck Lampard  and Petr Cech both flew down to Germany, and spoke to Tino  Werner  and  the agent and family. Tino Werner and his family do not speak English, but Petr Cech speaks very good German, and he convinced them  that in the long run Chelsea was a better club then Liverpool for the youngster to join.
