SO WHAT DOES ARTICLE 51. OF U.E.F.A RULES SAY>

 Now U.E.F.A  are saying that the European Super League had gone and violated Article 51 of the U.E.F.A bye laws.

 Which clearly states   that Clubs  No combination or alliance clubs officiated directly or indirectly  may be founded with  U.E.f.A members  association. They can ot break away without getting permission from U.E.F.A..

 Now the European Super League, have said that hey were  original deed clearly does ask U.E.F.A  if they can form the European Super League, and were taking their permission here.

 But the President of the European Super League were  not breaking away from U.E.F.A , in fact hey wanted to play their matches in the week day and play in the E.P.L on Saturday and on Sunday.. 

 E.S.P.N say tat U.E.F.A could be in big trouble as the case concerning U.E.F.A and the European super league is being heard in a Commercial court in Madrid, and inthe prelimarry hearing the court had clearly said that there should be no restrictio n on the clubs nor  sanctins applied as the case has to be completely heard out first.

Please note U.E.F.A. did not send their lawyer for the hearing  even see their ego and arrogance.
