UNDERSTANDING U.E.F.A AND THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE PROBLEM IN A BETTTER WAY.

 Now there were originally 14, fourteen clubs that formed a break away  football League They formed a EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE. Made up of clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool,Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester United, Manchester City, Juventus,Inter Milan,A.C. Milan, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Real Madrid and P.S.G and Bayer n Munich . 

 But Bayern Munich and P.S.G dropped out on the first day.But remember if the clubs ave all signed the agreement of the EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE,they can not wriggle out of this so easily.Their signature will stand in court.

 U.E.F.A says that the European Super League has violated  Article 51. Which says no comination or alliances between clubs afflicted directly or indirectly U.E.F.A members associating to be formed without the permission of U.E.F.A. 

But the European Super league say that talks between the clubs started in the year201 at a hotel.And they say that they had asked  for permission to start the European Super League. , they had asked U.E.F.A permission for the recognition of he new league and its standing.

 Now a Commercial court in Madrid, in  a preilmarry hearing, but the lawyers of U.E.F.a were not in attendance. 

 NO ACTION AGAINST ANY CLUB CAN BE TAKEN UNTIL THE  FINAL HEARING.

 So banning A.c. Milan, Juventus ,Barcelona ad Real Madrid   to be banned for two years will be a offense now,and court will take a serious look here. at U.E.F.A.
