Both Manchester City and Chelsea were both looking out for a new striker , as Manchester City lost Sergio Aguero on a free transfer and Olivier Giroud will also be moving out on a free transfer.
Both of these clubs were keeping an eye on the big Belgian Romelu Lukaku, from the Italian club in Milan called Inter Milan .
Now the owner of the Italian club is a Chinese Businessman . And he is facing big financial problems. both in Italy and China as well.
But both clubs get a blow here as Romola Lukaku has gone and made it amply clear that he will be staying with Inter Milan and will be going nowhere.
