THE PRESIDENT OF U.E.F.A ALEKSANDER CEFERIN SAYS HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE TILL TE LAST MINUTE.

  Now the president of U.E.F.A  Aleksandr Ceferin, says he was kept completely in the dark about the whole European Super League, and he came to know about it on the day they announced the new European Super League, and this is not at all true., as it was going on  since 2015, I living in India was aware of it..

 Now according to the bye laws of  U.E.F..A., it is mandatory to ask  for written  .permission to go ahead.  Now according to THE NEW YORK TIMES a meeting was held between the European  Super League and U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A , reports also say that Gianni Infantino , the president of F.I.F.A was happy with this project, but Aleksandr  Ceferin was not happy, and made Gianni Infantino to change his mind..

 The European Super League had filed a case  against U.E.F.A in the Commercial Court in Madrid, Spain.

 The Judge said that neither U.E.F.A  or F.I/F.A  can take any action  against he clubs, or players of the clubs involved and no sanctions or restrictions can be put on the twelve clubs , or fines. U.E.F.a failed to send their lawyer to Madrid even, very disrespectful I would say.

 Now te judge said if I give a final verdict i twill apply only in Spain, so he had referral  send  to te EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE at the E.U, the verdict will apply to all European countries then.

 The court will see if  U.E.F.A broke  article 101 and 102 of the T.E.F.U. TREATY F FUNCTION  in The E.U..

 So we will have to wait for the final  verdict to be declared..
