THE SIX ENGLISH CLUBS WANT TO DISOLVE THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE., BUT CAN IT BE DONE?

 Now according to THE DAILY MAIL, , which said that he six English football clubs Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspurs,are going to request the president of the European Super  League Florentino Peres, to go ahead and disolve the European Super League once and for all. But it can not be done  that way..

 You see the European Super League , have  filed a case against U.E.F.A  and F.I.F.A  , in the Commercial court at Madrid Spain. The Judge  favored the European Super League , and sternly warned both U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A not to take any action against the twelve clubs and no restrictions can be applied  ,no bans and fines allowed. But U.E.F.A had failed to send their lawyer to Madrid even and they want to ban Real Madrid , Juvenuts and Barcelona from the champion league. 

 The Judge i Spain said he had powers to give a verdict on the case , but then that would stand only in Spain favoring Barcelona and Real Madrid..He then gave referral  to transfer the case to the EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE in Euro paean  Union., then it will apply to all the countries in Europe.

 Here the judge has clearly said tat no party in he case should do or say things tat will hamper the case in any way.

 No matter what the U.E.F.A, F.I.F.A, Pundits, Players, fans  owners say or feel emotional,the European Court of Justice will  have the final word. And all parties must abide by the verdict.

. Now there is a six month block in  period for all twelve clubs, so the fans  made the  nine clubs to withdraw from the European Super  League, but that was illegal and not stand in court. as each club would have to pay a cerian membership fee, and there is a fine of 130,one hundred and thirty million pounds for the nine clubs to be paid.

 I suggest that we all wait patiently for the final hearing to end , and find the verdict.

 Now if the European Super League is registered then then they  al twelve clubs will have to abide by the rule books. , you just can not walk out if and when fans say so.
