According to THE DAILY MAIL,Barcelona will not be allowed to sign up the players they got in the summer transfer window , even if they are all free agents.
The Spanish La Liga have gone and made it very clear that unless Barcelona trim their wages of their players by a huge sum of 200, two hundred million Euros or 171 one hundred and seventy one million pounds.
And Barcelona are sending some youngsters out on loan and clearing dead wood as well. It is not that Barcelona are not doing anything about this matter.
Players like Miralem Pajnic , Samuel Umtitti, Neto , Serge Roberto, Clement Lenglet , Philippe Coutinho and Antoine Gtreizmann are all either to be released or to be sold, and some youngsters will be sold as well to meet that target.
Once the books are balanced ten the new players will be signed as Barcelona players , by the La Liga and F.I.F.A.
