CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT LIONEL MESSI IS UNEMPLOYED AND WITHOUT A CLUB.

 On 1/7/2021 Lionel Messi woke up as a unemployed  man, as his contract with Barcelona that he had signed in 2017 had expired on 30/6/2021.

 But the president of Barcelona ha requested the fans to be calm, and the club is very sure that Lionel Messi will be signing a new two year contract.

So Lionel Messi  is free agent after spending a total of 7,478 days as a Barcelona player, he ad joined Barcelona as a 13, thirteen year old boy .

 The problem with the contract looks like at two clauses  one is his tax and the second is the financial matter,as Barcelona want to avoid   breaching the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULES.

 Both club and player  are working hard to solve it. 

 And I have no doubt tat Lionel messi will sign up a  new contract after te COPA AMERICA  tournament.
