THE JUDGE IN SPAIN HAS WARNED U.E.F.A , THAT THEY MAY HAVETO PAY MILLIONS INCOMPENSATION TO THE THREEE REBEL CLUBS.

 The judge of he Commercial court in Madrid Spain, has clearly warned U.E.F.and  F.I.F.A , that they  should not try and punish Barcelona , Real Madrid and Juventus , from taking part in the Champion league games  .

 But please note this  was said by the Judge , in the hearing on 5/5/2021  , it is old.

 At that time U.E.F.a were planing of fining all the  12, twelve clubs  and banning  the three founder clubs Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus ,from taking part in the Champion League for two years in a row.The court said that U.E.F.A would have to pay compensation to these three clubs at a sum o 20 percent , for everyday they are not allowed to play in the champion league , that is  group stage group of sixteen, quarter finals, semi finals and finals , for two years , and there are two games in the group stages.

 So this would come to a  whooping few hundred million Euros.

It is no surprise that U.E.F.A  meekly sent letters to Juventus, Barcelona  and Real Madrid, saying that the three clubs  saying   that they are officially playing in the champion league for he year 2021/2022.

 Now people say U.E.F.A  can file a case in Switzerland and punish the European Super League,from seeing the day of dawn..

 Butt  the  judge in Spain  has sent a referral  to the European  COURT OF JUSTICE,,in te E.U.

 Now once the verdict comes from this court it will be binding for all countries in Europe. And not Spain only.
