COULD JAVIER TEBAS AND THE LA LIGA EXPLAIN TO US HOW DAVID ALBA IS PLAYING FOR REAL MADRID ?

 Now the Spanish La Liga had  gone and introduced a salary cap on all te 20,twenty clubs in the La Liga.And clubs were clearly told that tey would have to sell their players, or trim the wages of he players playing in each club.

 Now the amount to trim the wages is very high,and will not work out in one transfer window.

 Noe Real Madrid were told to trim their wages from 473, million Euros to 400 million euros or to 255 million pounds. And they have only sold Raphael Varane to Manchester United. for 43, forty three million pounds. So they have not trimed their wages as ordered by  the La Liga.

 SO MY QUESTION  HERE IS HOW DID REAL MADRID ALLOW DAVID ALBA TO PLAY FOR REAL MADRID AGAINST  A.C.MILAN., IF NOT YET REGISTERED?

 THEN IN THE SAME WAY BARCELONA SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO RESIGN LIONEL MESSI .

 THE LA LIGA  JAVIER  TEBAS MUST GIVE A LETTER OF EXPLANATION HOW THE RULES WERE BENT FOR REAL MADRID.
