No w Javier Tebas , who is the president the Spanish La Liga, ad also senior executive of the U.E.F.A. ss well.He-put a salary cap in the Spanish La Liga..
But is this legal ?
As you see all football laws are made and changed by U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A., in heir regular meetings held in their headquarters in Switzerland.
Now to make matters worse here U.E.F.A are going to have a meeting in the month of September 01. And their agenda contains the point of introducing the salary cap for all the clubs and countries in U.E.F.A..
So legally speaking the Spanish La Liga decision in null and void. As it is not approved by U.E.F.A as yet.
Rules have to be approved at the U.E.F.A meeting, before it can be applied to tingle country.
Javier Tebas is very angry with Barcelona, Real Madrid for not agreeing to dissolve the EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE. And he is even more angry U.E.F.A lost their case against the European Super League, in the Commercial court of Justice. It is now going on uin the EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE..
