REAL MADRID AND BARCELONA FILE A CASE AGAINST HE SPANISH LA LIGA OVER THE C.C.V. MONEY.

 Now the president of the La Liga has gone ad made a agreement with the American Equity Fund company C.C.V. The president f the la Liga Javier Tebas  had a  lunch with both the presidents of Barcelona Joan Laporta and Real Madrid president Florentine Peres..

 Now as te clubs in Spain as well as all over Europe were facing financial problems due to the Corona virus or Chinese virus.

 So the American company was willing to inject a very huge sum of 2.7 two point seven million Euros  loan for a long time. Now the presidents  of Barcelona and Real Madrid ,are not willing to agree to this plan and loan deal as well.

 Javier Tebas was wanting Barcelona and Real Madrid to  sign a letter saying that they would withdraw te case which is i the European Court of Justice. in Luxembourg . The two of them refused to do so. They say our clubs are not owned by a family or  person , it is owned by shareholders , and as the loan deal was for forty or fifty years, they can not sign for something so far away as they ave a five year term.

 Now the two clubs have taken Javier Tebas to court along with he Spanish La Liga..

 Now each club would have to pay te U.S company ten million a year for fifty years.
