REAL MADRID HAS FILED A VCRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THESPANISH LA LIGA OVER THE C.C.V. CASE.

 Now the Spanish giants Real Madrid 's president Florentino Peres , has now taken Javier Tebas a the president of he Spanish La Liga to court over the C.C.V, Equity fund attempt to bail out the two toptiers of he Spanish La Liga.

 Now Javier Tebas and the Spanish  La Liga got a bail out sum of money from the U.S.A based C.C.V Equity Fund. The sum assured to the La Liga was  2.7 two point seven Billion Euros

 Burt both Barcelona and Real Madrid  have been mighty upset over the whole thing.

  The point here s for he next 40 forty or 50 fifty years these Spanish clubs will have to  keep paying a certain percent every year for  these many years.

  Now Florentino Peres and Joan Laporta ar e not owners of the clubs Real Madrid and Barcelona ,are owned by shareholders. So they can not decide something  for the next fifty years .

 The clubs will be signed a mortgage then.

 Now Real Madrid has filed a civil and criminal case against Javier Tebas and  the La Liga.
