THE FEDERAL COURT IN SWITZERLAND HAS SENT A NOTICE TO THE U.E.F.A..

. Now 12 twelve clubs  formed the European Super League, the clubs were Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, , Manchester United , Manchester City Tottenham Hotspurs, Barcelona, Real Madrid , Athletic Madrid,,A.C.Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus.

 But fans,pundits the Queen and even Boris Johnson said that they would not allow it to start in Europe..

 U.E.F.A  took disciplinary actions against the twelve clubs and  the 12 clubs had to pay 15, fifteen million Euros fr grassroots football and would lose five percent of earnings from U.E.F.A.. And more unishment was on line  to these clubs.

 But under pressure nine clubs withdrew  altogether to please their fans.. But legally speaking  they are part of it.Only Juventus , Barcelona end Real Madrid  remained  strong.Now U.E.F.A wanted to  ban these  three clubs from the champion league,for two years. Now these three founding clubs filed a case in the Commercial court in Madrid, Spain, which u.E.F.A.have lost. The Judge passed a referral  to the European court of justice in Luxembourg .

 But U.E.F.a say to not consider both these courts as their headquarters are in Switzerland and  it is not a E.U.Member.

Then the Magistrate of the FEDERAL COURT IN SWITZERLAND , had sent a notice to U.E.F.A, in which they were clearly told that that U.E.f..A. can not ban Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona, frpom two years in he champion league

 And U.E.F..A. replied by sending letters of invitation to Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus  to take part inhe champion league this year.

 The  magistrate also added one line in the notice telling U.E.F.a THAT IT COULD NOT AND SHOULD NOT STOP INNOVATION.

 Now the European Super League will be there sooner then later.

 U.E.F. A are licking their wounds now.
