U.E.F.A has said their Disciplinary committee will be investigating the utter chocs and fans getting out of control and drunk ,and ticket less youngsters breaking police barriers and knifing people as well.
Some were even seen snorting cocaine.
U.E.F.a will now attach article 16 /2.c. disturbing , endangering lives and rowdy behavior inside as well as outside of the stadium.
It is filed against the English F.A.
