WHO ACTUALLY IS JAVIER TEBAS, THE PRESIDENT OF THE SPANISH LA LIGA>.

  Javier Tebas is te president of the Spanish La Liga.He is also a senior  Executive with the U.E.F.A Board.

 Now he was very angry and wanted Barcelona, Real Madrid to be thrown out of the Spanish La Liga. over the  introduction of THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE.

 He was also very,vrery angry with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus for filing a case against U.E.F.A , which was filed b the President of the European Super leafue, Florentino Peres.

 That ase was filed in the Commercial Court of Madrid in Spain.

 The Judge Manuel Ruiz, Del Lara  who heard the case has given his ruling . He hs told U.E.F.A to rewind all and every action taken against the European Super League, like ig fines stooping clubs getting money from the champion league banning, restricting clubs and players from playing games. In oter words U.E.F.A lost the case..

 The Judge has filed referral  at the European court of justice , i n Luxembourg .

 But Both Aleksandr Ceferin the president of U.E.F.A and Javier Tebas said, we do nt care about the commercial court of Madrd,and we are not bothered about the case filed at  European Court of Justice.

 You see we are having F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A headquarters in Switzerland, and as it is not a part of he E.U, the European court f justice will not affect us. They wanted to ban Barcelona , Real Madrid and Juventus to be expelled for two years from the champion league.

 But then a notice was sent to U.E.f.A, by the magistrate of the FEDERAL COURT IN SWITZERLAND, Or Supreme court. It warned U.E.F.A not tostop the thre clubs from playing inthis yeas champion league.

 This was a tight slap on their faces with their big ego,arrogance and pride.

 U.E.F.A quickly sent inviting letter to the three football clubs , inviting them to take part.

 Now THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE must come soon. Even he court in Switzerland
