WILL REALMADRID BUY KYLIAN MBAPPE?

 According to the DAILY MAIL, Real Madrid  are planning to buy the French world cup winner Kylian Mbappe from the French club P.S.G.

 The price is aid to be 100, a hundred million pounds.

 But Real Madrid are facing he same problem like all clubs in Spain, with he imposed Salary cap in the Spanish La Liga 

 But they have not trimmed their wage bill, so even if hey buy him the club can not register him for sure.

 But what I can not understand here is,why can ey not wait till next years transfer window  and get him free .

 Now Real Madrid have sold Raphael Varane  to Manchester Untied  , and are planning to sell Martin Odeggard to Arsenal for thirty million pounds, asand are hoping to get he money to get the deal done soon.
