SO ACTUALLY HOW DOES THE SALARY CAP WORK?

 Now U.E.F.A are going to introduce the salary cap  , most likely from January next year, so clubs can sell players and trim their wages..

 The salary cap is taken from the U.S.A and they have it for their Major League Soccer and the N.B. A.

 So how does it work? al clubs will nw be audited to how much money they  made as income and how much they spent as a club, then accordingly the salary cap will come into place.

 But each club will have a different salary cap for that year, as it all depends  on  income and teir expenditure..

 There will a thing called a luxury  tax  , tat is if a club in Europe   fails to abide y te salary cap  they will have to pay a luxury tax then.

 This means if a club has spent say 50 fifty million pounds  over the salary cap then the club will have to pay luxury tax ,to a tune of 50 fifty million pounds.. The money will be put in a  common basket  and at he end of the year the  luxury tax wilbe divided by all the clubs equally..

 But will the salary cap be  effective against   the  big spending clubs, they will  pay the tax money and spend money as well.
