THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE GIVES PERMISION FOR CRISTIANO RONALDO TO WEAR NUMBER SEVEN JERSEY.

 Now it is official that Manchester United had applied  in a letter to the English Premier League , requesting that Cristiano Ronaldo, be allowed to wear the jersey number 7,seven , which was the  number of Edison Cavani at Manchester Untied.

 Now Cristiano Ronaldo will be wearing  jersey number 7, seven and Edison Cavani will wear jersey number  21,which was worn by David James, who was sold to Leeds United.

 But the big question I ask here is the rules clearly say  that once a club registers a jersey number , foracertian player it can nt e  given to any one else.

 See the ae of Barcelona, their Jersey number 10 was worn by Lionel  Messi and as he was nt registered by he Spanish La Liga over salary cap problems it was then given to Ansu Fati.
