THE EUROPEAN CLUB ASSOCIATION H ELD THEIR ANUAL METTING IN SWITZERLAND.

 Recently he E.C.A, EUROPEAN CLUB ASSOCIATION  held their annual meeting  i  Switzerland .

 All the clubs in Europe were invited ony Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus were baned from attending the meeting  as they are more or less expelled  from the E.C.A . For forming he EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE.

 But as tere was a case filed by the E.S.L. against U.E.F.A  in the Commercial court of Madrid  Spain, and the judge hearing the case gave his verdict in favor of the European Super League the Judge Manuel Ruiz de Lara has said that U.E.F.A ,  can nt dissolve the . E.S.L , they can t fine the twelve clubs , or ban them or restrict he movement to clubs and players like they can  not be  banned from U.E.F.A,Euro Cup or World cup.. And failing to do this  then the court will be fining U.E.F.Aheavily and could  be facing criminal charges as well.

 The plan was to ban the three  clubs Real Madrid  and Barcelona from this years Champion League, they wanted them out for twoears .

 But the Federa Court of Switzerland sent U.E.F.A a notice , which warned them tat they can nt ban the three clubs fromthe champion league.

 Then U.E.F.A sent letters inviting the treee clubs to take partinthis years champion league..

 One thing is clear the EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE is very much alive and kicking.

 And the case is now being heard at the European Court of justice in the E.U...

 And the Federal Court told U.E.F.A you are stopping innovation.
