BARCELONA WANT BUY FERRAN TORRES FROM MANCHESTER CITY.

 Barcelona re in talks to buy e Spaniard Ferran Torres from the English  club Manchester City.

 Now Manchester City bought Ferran Torres from the Spanish club Valencia , for a sum of 20 twenty million pounds, and hey are asking 51,fifty one million pounds. almost three times what Manchester City paid Valencia.

 But Barcelona have gone and offered  only 3, thirty eight million pounds. So will Manchester City , sell him?
