Barcelona want to buy the Spaniard Ferran Torres from Manchester City.
Now Manchester City bought Ferran Torres from the Spanish club Valencia, for a transfer fee of 21 ,twenty one million pounds. But he is not getting starting place at Manchester City. And he wants to move to Barcelona, he has even agreed to personal terms ad is willing to take a pay cut as well.
But the two clubs are having difficulty in coming to terms on the transfer fee.
Barcelona are offering them 38,thirty eight million pounds, but Manchester City are asking for 51, fifty one million pounds.A shortfall of 13 , thirteen million pounds.
