LIONEL MESSI HAS BEEN TOLD TO DEMOLISH HIS HOTEL IN BARCELONA BY THE CITY COUNCIL.

 Now Lionel Messi had gone and purchased a hotel in Barcelona for a  sum of 30, thirty million Euros ,or for the mater 26, twenty six million pounds.

 People are unaware of the reason why the hotel that is a four star hotel , and has a total f 77 seventy seven rooms.

Now the city council have said that he balcony's are far to big,and if they are made smaller the building could very well collapse.And the fire safety is not up to the safety standards.

 Please note the notice to demolish the hotel was sent to the previous owner and not to Lionel Messi.

 The question asked here  if the hotel was  to be demolished ,how ca n it be sold then.

If Lionel messi paid registration fees and tax by stamp duty to make his property his very w, why did the authorities in Barcelona transfer it.

 Did the council give a O.C occupation Certificate to the original owner . How did the hotel get a licence to run  when the building was for demolition.
