  So Should Manchester City  have been awarded  that penalty, when Bernard Silva  went down from a tug by Granit Zhaka.?

  But the contact was far to mild , but what was there for all to see was that  Bernard Silva was already falling to the ground, so it can not be a penalty, a penalty is given  when a player is pulled down or pushed down. The eferee  never even consulted V.A.R .

 So it is clear the game was fixed .disgraceful and disgusting English referees .

 Hope there  is no English referee at the 2020 world cup in Qatar.
