FI.F.A HAVE CHANGED THE RULES FOR FOOTBALL AGENTS, AND THEY ARE NOT HAPPY.

 F.I.F.A  have now gone and changed the rules for the football agents for footballers.

 Previously there was no ceiling on the percentage of fees taken by agents ,some tool ten percent ad some took much more .

 Now F.I.F.A  has put a fixed  percentage of money which can be charged by a agent, anfd now it us ony 3,three percent of the amount a player is sold for.

 And none of the agents are happy over it.
