People say as Ousmane Dembale had a signed contract that he was in his right to ask Barcelona to pay him his wages.That is okay in normal times but things re different in the Spanish La Liga.
Now the La Liga have set salary cap for each club differently so this year Barcelona will have only 86, eighty six million pounds to spend on the wages of the footballers. So it is impossible to pay the players what was decided five yeas ago.
If they cross the eighty six million pounds, then Barcelona can not register new signings with e Spanish La Liga.
That is what happened to Lionel Messi, as the salary cap was not met by Barcelona the Spanish La Liga ,refused to register Lionel Messi, even after he took a fifty percent cut in his salary.
