U.E.F.A APPROVED THE SALARY CAP FOR ALL SIX HUNDRE AND FORTY CLUBS , WHEN WILL IT COME INTO PLACE?

 Now the President of U.E.F.A had a annual general meeting on 9/92021-10/9/2021 in Geneva at the U.E.F.A headquarters..

 All the presidents of the 640 six hundred and forty E.C.A  European Club Association  embers were there.

It was approved that the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY  rules cease to exist and a new rule called A SALARY CAP Will be introduced.

It works on the principal of basketball  that there is a salary cap for each club and if they can ot control the salary cap set for them it will not  be allowed to register wren basketball players. . Like Barcelona could not register Lionel Messi.

 I have two questions here 1) when will it be introduced .2) Why is it followed in Spain first from 2013.?
