Roman Abramovich is asking for three Billion pounds,. but the new buyer need another two Billion pounds to redevelop the Stamford Bridge stadium.
The permission was got in the year 2017 to do he work But 70 percentage should have been got by the pitch owners. but hat did not happen.And now the permission has expired in the year 2021.That means the new buyers will have to reapply for redevelopment .
It will be a sticking problem for the new owners again.
