I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY SANCTIONS DO NOT APPLY TO ROMAN ABRAMOVICH.

 I really fail to understand  why Boris Johnson has not yet gone a put sanctions on Roman Abramovich and his properties in the U.K.

 Boris Johnson has gone and put sanctions against Alisher Usminov ,financier of Everton. 

After  all Alisher Usminov  is a lesser known evil from Russia, Roman Abramovich  is more wealthier,more friendly with Vladimir Putin.

 It would be nice if the English  , pick up the courage to place sanctions against Roman Abramovich.
