He Roman Abramovich has said that he really wants to sell Chelsea , and would be willing to sell it for 3.5 tree and a half Billion pounds ,he had bought Chelsea in the year 2003 , for 140, for one hundred and forty million pounds.
He says the money would be used in the ,he has not been clear here. Ukraine problem ,but will the money go to redevelop Russia or Ukraine he is very cunning
