 So the Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich  has finally decided  to sell Chelsea.

 And Roman Abramovich  failed to say  a single word against the friend Vladimir Putin., he failed to condemn the barbaric and savage attack on innocent citizens.

 Before Russian owner Roman Abramovich bought Chelsea  for 140, one hundred and forty million pounds, he wants 3, three Billion pounds for selling Chelsea, 

 But the last time Chelsea won the English Premier League was in 1950 and then won it again in 2003.With he help of Russian oil money.

 The question is why has the English government seized his villas,Mansions, Chelsea, his yachts.

 Boris Johnson can only talk big and no action.
