But he must also be aware that both Liverpool and Manchester City have spent 1.28 Billion pounds on buying players. So if they do not dominate , ten both clubs should be ashamed.
But why has Manchester City not yet won a champion league after spending all these Arab oil money.?
And let me remind you that Manchester City have yet to replace players like Vincent Kompan and Sergio Aguero. And they will not be coming cheap in any sense.
