U.E.F.A HAVE DECIDED TO SCRAP THE SALARY CAP PLAN AND FOLLOW THE F.F.P.R.

U.E.F.A in their meeting in Austria , have now decided to  to scrap their plan on a salary cap in the E.C.A European Club Association ,, there are 54 clubs under U.E.F.A in the E.C/A.

In the last years meeting held on 9/9221 U.E.F.A approved the introduction  of the Salary cap, as well as a Luxury tax. Luxury tax would be  thus for example  if the a club spends over their allotted salary cap , by say two million then the club  will have to pay two million to a common box,and at the end of the year , the money collected this way will be devided by the clubs.

But the questions I ask are  if the salary cap was not introduced by U.E.F.A ten you can not scrap something that is not existing.

A another question is in Spain they ave a salary cap ,since the year 2013, so how can ony one country follow this un   introduced law.
