THE CASE BETWEEN U.E.F.A AND THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE WILL BE HEARD ON THIS DATE.

Now the case filed by the European Super League and the football governing body U.E.F.A  , will now be heard on he 11/7/022 and on the 12/7/2022.

 It will be heard in he European Court Of Justice.in Luxembourh  , it will be a two day hearing only.

 And the verdict will be valued in all European countries.

 Actually the Judge Manuel Ruiz De Lara , of the Commercial court of Madrid had sent a referral, to the European  Court of Justice   E.C.J So that the final verdict woud be then followed by all countries in Europe.

Now the President of U.E.F.A Alexander Ceferin , had said this court decision will not affect U.E.F.A in any way, as U.E.F.A hae their head quarters in Switzerland, a none European Union Country.

 But when U.E.F.A expelled Real Madrid , Barcelona and Juventus from this yeas champion league , the Federal court in Switzerland  sent a notice to U.E.F.A telling them to reinstate Barcelona, Juventus and Real Madrid in te champion league list of clubs.

 By the way Real Madrid has been expelled from E.C.A  European Club Association ,which ha 60clubs. 

 So thus year a club not in the register of E.c.A have won the champion league.
